The Pro+ makes no secret of how it works. Under the crystal hood sit the carbon filter, the UF filter, the membrane and the mineral cartridge, plumbed and labelled so you can see the water's route through the machine. Sediment and carbon take out grit and chlorine, the thin-film composite membrane handles dissolved solids, UV deals with what is alive, and the zinc–copper–alkaline cartridge returns the minerals RO removes. The fascia carries RO, UV, UF and TDS indicators, a live level window and a machined brass-finish tap.

Common questions

Will it work on hard borewell water?

Yes. For heavily loaded supply we recommend adding an inline pre-filter on the inlet, which we sell separately — it keeps rust and sand away from the membrane.

How often do filters need changing?

Sediment and carbon stages typically run 6–8 months; the RO membrane 18–24 months. Every cartridge in the unit is sold individually on this site.

Is installation included?

Standard installation is included. Our technician mounts the unit, connects the supply and hands over a tested system.
