These are the cartridges that live inside the machine. Sized to fit the hood of a domestic purifier rather than an external housing, the 4-inch range covers the four post-membrane jobs: alkaline for pH, copper for taste, the layered mineral bed for balance, and ultra-filtration as the final barrier on the way to the tap. Transparent bodies on the mineral and alkaline units let you see the media, which is the fastest way to tell a spent cartridge from a healthy one.

Common questions

What is the difference between the 4" and 8" cartridges?

Media volume and where they fit. The 4" cartridges are sized for the inside of a purifier hood; the 8" units hold considerably more media and run longer between changes, but need the space for it.

Can I fit these myself?

Yes — they use standard 1/4" quick-connect fittings. Turn off the inlet, release the connectors, swap the cartridge, flush for a few minutes before drinking.
