About this product
The flow restrictor meters how quickly reject water leaves the system, and in doing so sets the pressure the membrane actually sees. Too fast and purification collapses; too slow and the membrane scales. The FLOW 450 is calibrated for standard domestic RO systems in a compact inline body that fits in the run of the waste line and needs no adjustment once fitted.

- Which rating should I choose?
- FLOW 450 suits the standard domestic membranes we ship with the Pro+ and Elite. If your membrane differs, message us and we'll confirm the right rating.
- What happens if I leave it out?
- The membrane loses back-pressure, purification quality drops sharply and you waste far more water to drain. It is not an optional part.
